Bio
JACKIE WALKER is a full-time writer and editor. In her spare time, she freelances for a variety of publications and maintains this site. Among the publications she freelances for is Relate magazine, a quarterly magazine for teen girls where she writes a two-page column educating readers about various world religions. She also writes religion book reviews for Publishers Weekly. In the past, she has worked for Guideposts publications, Relevant Media Group, and World Wisdom book publishers.
In 2005, she was awarded the Robert Walker Scholarship for Christian Journalism (Robert Walker is considered one of the founders of Christian journalism, no relation of course). Jackie holds a BA in journalism and religious studies from Indiana University, summa cum laude.
